1. Pre-Program Strategic Assessment & Roadmap

Before beginning a core program, I conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. This is not a simple level check; it is a strategic evaluation focused entirely on business performance.

• Includes: A proprietary gap analysis (including radar chart evaluation) and the creation of a personalized short- and mid-term development roadmap.

2. Executive Programs

Based on your Strategic Assessment, every program is fully customized according to your current English proficiency, professional responsibilities, and communication goals.

Because every executive faces different communication challenges, no two programs are identical. The focus areas, learning approach, and training priorities are individually designed for each client.

Possible areas of focus include:

• Delivering clear and effective business updates

• Developing executive presence in global business environments

Rather than simply improving English ability, the objective is to build the communication skills needed to influence others during meetings, presentations, negotiations, and other critical business situations.

• A. Executive Communication Program (4 Months)

     • Sessions: 10 × 60-minute private sessions

     • Support: Ongoing advisor support via email and business messaging platforms (LINE, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

     • Investment: ¥330,000 (incl. tax) Base price: ¥300,000

• B. Executive Intensive (6 Months)

Designed for professionals seeking a more comprehensive long-term transformation. With twice the number of sessions, this program provides greater opportunity for systematic skill development and long-term retention.

• Duration: 6 months

• Sessions: 20 × 60-minute private sessions

• Support: Ongoing advisor support via email and business messaging platforms (LINE, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

• Investment: ¥550,000 (incl. tax) Base price: ¥500,000

* Training strategy is developed based on the results of your Strategic Assessment.

* Session frequency is individually planned (typically 2–4 sessions per month).

• C. Single Strategic Session 

A one-time, highly focused session designed for urgent, targeted challenges.

• Ideal For: Final preparation before a critical presentation, high-stakes executive interviews, or urgent negotiation challenges.

• Program Structure: 60 minutes.

• Investment: ¥44,000 (incl. tax) Base price: ¥40,000

For Corporate Clients

Corporate training programs are also available for executive coaching, leadership development, and employee training.

Programs are customized according to the number of participants, training objectives, and delivery schedule.

3. Session Formats & Service Areas

• Online Sessions: Conducted worldwide via Google Meet, allowing for highly efficient coaching with screen sharing and real-time collaborative editing. With your permission, sessions are recorded. Reviewing these recordings is a highly effective way to objectively analyze your communication style and executive presence.

• In-Person Sessions: Available directly at your office or at designated premium locations in central Tokyo (Chiyoda, Minato, and Chuo wards, including Marunouchi, Otemachi, Yurakucho, Hibiya, Ginza, Akasaka, and Roppongi). Other areas may be arranged upon request.
